After 30 days of purchase - Unopened returned within a year, and with a minimum of 1 year shelf life for exchange or credit on account only. Opened supply returns will not be accepted. Equipment (including handpieces): Within 30 days of purchase- Open and/or used equipment limit 1 unit and subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Unopened equipment for an exchange or refund. No Equipment returns after 30 days of purchase. Dropship/special order items cannot be returned. For customers located in the continental U.S., Safco will send a pre-paid UPS shipping label to return any unused items at our expense. Just box up the product with a copy of the invoice, affix the label, and give the package to UPS at your convenience. Customers outside of the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping expenses as part of their product returns (except for errors made by Safco). Because of O.S.H.A. regulations, items used in the patient's mouth must be autoclaved before returning to DFW Dental Supply. For all handpieces and small equipment, you may use one in your office on trial; we can only accept the return of one unit in used condition.
