Equipment (including handpieces): Within 30 days of purchase- Open and/or used equipment limit 1 unit and subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Unopened equipment for an exchange or refund. No Equipment returns after 30 days of purchase. Dropship/special order items cannot be returned. For customers located in the continental U.S., Safco will send a pre-paid UPS shipping label to return any unused items at our expense. Just box up the product with a copy of the invoice, affix the label, and give the package to UPS at your convenience.
